When an elder is found alone, we go and bring them home.

Many of our residents arrived after being abandoned on the street or left in a hospital. We respond, treat them, and give them a real address again.
The first 24 hours.
When we receive a report, our priority is simple — get to the elder, make sure they are safe, fed and medically checked, and then bring them somewhere warm to sleep. Names, paperwork and stories come later.
How a rescue happens
A call or WhatsApp comes in — a neighbour, a passer-by, a police helpline.
Our team or a partner volunteer reaches the elder within hours wherever possible.
First aid, hydration, food, a bath, a check by a doctor, and a calm conversation.
If there is no family, they move into one of our homes — for good.
Every rescue is a life brought back home.
